Sometimes a dish doesn’t need to be complicated to be memorable.

⭐ Favourite Dish: Creamy Shroom Toast ($26)

This was an easy favourite. A rich and creamy mushroom mixture packed with flavour, served with artisan bread and topped with a perfectly poached egg. Every bite delivered comforting, earthy mushroom goodness. There is honestly very little I would change about this dish. If you’re a mushroom lover, I highly recommend giving it a try.

🍔 MacSprings Burger ($26)

The MacSprings Burger was served on a beautifully toasted brioche bun that was buttery, golden, and slightly crisp on the outside. The crispy chicken was exactly as it should be—juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and packed with flavour. While my daughter thought it was good rather than exceptional, she enjoyed the combination of textures and flavours. A solid burger that delivers on the classics.

Honey Springs delivered a delicious brunch experience with a standout mushroom dish that I would happily order again. The Creamy Shroom Toast alone makes this café worth a visit for mushroom enthusiasts looking for a comforting and flavour-packed meal.
